1. Introduction
  • These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites search.virezia.com, virezia.com, *.virezia.com, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Konamiya LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
  • By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

  • Note: There is currently no user login system. Users fill out forms without creating an account.
3. Conditions of Use
  • You must provide accurate and current information, including at least an email address and first name.
  • Misuse of the Service (e.g., providing false information or spamming forms) is prohibited.
  • The Service is intended for individuals who are legally capable of entering into contracts.
  • If you are a minor, you must use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • By checking the box to accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, you consent to the processing of your data to provide the requested real estate lead service.
  • If you request contact with an agent or developer, we will share relevant data (e.g., name, email, property preferences) with them to facilitate the service.
  • We do not sell your data; it is shared solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request.
5. Newsletter & Marketing Communications
  • To receive newsletters, you must provide separate consent (e.g., by checking a dedicated box).
